If you have booked a Video Call
You will receive an email with the link for your meeting. Do not lose or forget about that email as there will be no further reminder – to keep email spam at a minimum.
At the date and time of your meeting, please be ready 5 minutes before the call and click the link. You will have 10 minutes to connect. If you do not successfully connect within that time, we will cancel the meeting.
In case you lose the email or miss the appointment, you can arrange another meeting with the link provided to you in our onboarding mail.
If you have booked a Online Event
You will receive an email with the link for your meeting. Do not lose or forget about that email, it will not be sent again. In case you do, you can log in to our ticketing system and check the time and date.
If you have booked a Real-World Event
You will receive an email with the details of your event. This will also count as your ticket. Do not lose or forget about that email, it will not be sent again. Keep the email on your phone, and prepare a photo id before the event. You will be able to enter the venue just with your ID though.
